Rich started at CVCC in 2005 and has worked in the field of Adult Education since 1986.

He has a BA in Management and a MeD in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University.

His duties at CVCC consist of working with the Industrial and Trades area as well as he is responsible for Customized training and Rope Rescue taining.
